Pro Players coming to Cypress

Cy-Woods and Ironmen Youth Lacrosse are Texas teams that are part of the Northstar family and because of this they bring some of the best training in the US to Cypress.

The Northstar Lacrosse Camp is designed to teach and develop the fundamental skills of the game: throwing, catching, cradling, shooting, feeding, ground balls, offensive and defensive skills while focusing on improving participants level of confidence. Players will be divided by grade and skill level to ensure everyone is getting the appropriate instruction they deserve. The camp will focus aggressively on positional training along with specific goalie training for goalies.

What to expect for our high school boys:

Division 1

Grades: 9-12

College and Professional level drills and instruction

Intense positional specific training and drills (Midfield, Attack and Defense)

Goalie specific training from ACTUAL top national goalies

Face-Off specific training by THE FACE-OFF ACADEMY

High speed collegiate and professional level dodging and shooting drills

Aggressive defensive stick and footwork training

Team and controlled group scenarios and games

One of the best camps around and it is in our backyard!!

DATES: June 27th - 29th 2016 (Monday - Wednesday)

START TIME: 9am (Players should be dressed and ready to go at this time) •Please have players arrive 30min before camp start time

END TIME: 2pm
